Training.

I develop tailored, hands-on trainings as well as learning and exchange formats that enhance knowledge and skills for implementing human rights due diligence in companies.

The trainings:

  • Are tailored to the target audience.

  • Can take place in-person or online, and can be one-day or multi-day sessions.

  • Promote practical skills through exercises and case studies.

  • Are interactive, provide expert knowledge, and encourage exchange.

  • Basic Trainings on the practical implementation of due diligence according to UNGPs, OECD Guidelines, and legislation (e.g., LkSG, CSDDD).

  • Training for procurement on purchasing practices and their impact on risks in the supply chain

  • Advanced Trainings, e.g., on stakeholder engagement, complaints handling and living wages

  • Trainings for suppliers on implementing and improving due diligence 

Facilitation.
